Unbelievably Rolls Royce had released a new Drophead model to there range the new Phantom. The Phantom has a 453bhp 6.75-litre V12 engine which, when drive gingerly, will give 15mpg - very eco friendly! And when it costs - before options - £307,000, we will have to save the pennies for a very long time!Is there a place on our roads for this type of vehicle?
